CRIS ERICSON HAS THE SHARPEST,
CLEAREST, BOLDEST 2018
POLITICAL PLATFORM
OF ANY CANDIDATE
IN THE U.S.A.!!!

CRIS ERICSON is on the official Nov. 6, 2018
general election ballot in Vermont for
Governor and for US Congress.

(1) We must demand Vermont members of the
United States Congress,
sponsor a new Bill with a NEW DEAL so
that taxpayers own a share
of the profits for all of their taxpayer dollars
the U.S. Congress votes to give to the
N.I.H., National Institute of Health, which then
gives millions and millions of dollars to
various pharmaceutical corporations
for research, design and development of
new prescriptions and medical devices,
which the pharmaceutical corporations then
sell worldwide for trillions of dollars in profit
which they are currently keeping for themselves,
making the rich richer, and the poor poorer.

We, the taxpayers, paid for the research,
design and development of these new
prescription drugs and medical devices
so we deserve a return on our investment,
“R.O.I.”

When a person buys shares of stock
in any of these pharmaceutical corporations,
they get a return on their investment called a
dividend.

We, the taxpayers, must demand equal rights,
a return on our investment, “R.O.I.”
to be paid to the 50 states
for health, education and needs of
the people.

WHEN TAXPAYERS PAY FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT,
AND RECEIVE NO RETURN FOR THEIR
INVESTMENT, BUT THE WEALTHY
PEOPLE WHO BUY SHARES OF STOCK
IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL CORPORATIONS
DO RECEIVE “R.O.I.”, A RETURN ON
INVESTMENT IN THE FORM OF STOCK
DIVIDEND CHECKS PAID TO THEM,
THEN IN REALITY,
THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID FOR
THE STOCK DIVIDENDS ISSUED TO
THE RICH PEOPLE,
SO THE POOR WORKERS GET POORER,
AND THE RICH PEOPLE GET RICHER.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design,
blueprint
or drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products based on those
blueprints, drawings, diagrams and designs
which are sold,
so WE THE PEOPLE
WHOSE TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
have a right to the share of profits!

2) Our biggest expense is what is should be,
national defense.
But, this valid expenditure for our U.S. Military
has made some defense contractors
mega-multi-millionaire, and even billionaires.
That’s the part that makes no common
sense, particularly since our war Veterans
are lacking a lot of medical and dental
treatment, and many are homeless.

Taxpayers pay taxes, the U.S. Congress votes to
give billions of tax dollars to the Pentagon,
then the Pentagon gives millions and
millions of your tax dollars to defense contractors
for research, design and development
of new weapons systems
and improvements of existing weapons
and jets, drones and bombs.
Then the defense contractors sell the new weapons
to our allies worldwide and make trillions of
dollars of profits for themselves.

The legal argument for this is that the
general intent of U.S. Copyright
and U.S. Patent Laws
is that the people paying for R & D
(research and development of new products)
should own the Copyright, which is the
design or drawing of a new product,
under US Copyright Law work made for hire laws,
so then they have a right to ownership in the Patent
for the product built on the chemical design,
blueprint
or drawing of a physical object,
and then in the products based on those
COPYRIGHTED
blueprints, drawings, diagrams and designs
which are sold,
so WE THE PEOPLE
WHOSE TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
have a right to the share of profits!

Vermont’s members of the United States Congress,
House and Senate, should
sponsor a Bill to demand that
We, the taxpayers, are treated with equal rights
like people who buy shares of stock in the
defense corporations and receive dividends;
we must demand a
a return on our investment of our taxpayer
dollars given to defense contractors, “R.O.I.”

WHEN TAXPAYERS PAY FOR THE
RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT,
AND RECEIVE NO RETURN FOR THEIR
INVESTMENT, BUT THE WEALTHY
PEOPLE WHO BUY SHARES OF STOCK
IN THE DEFENSE CONTRACTORS
DO RECEIVE “R.O.I.”, A RETURN ON
INVESTMENT IN THE FORM OF STOCK
DIVIDEND CHECKS PAID TO THEM,
THEN IN REALITY,
THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID FOR
THE STOCK DIVIDENDS ISSUED TO
THE RICH PEOPLE,
SO THE POOR WORKERS GET POORER,
AND THE RICH PEOPLE GET RICHER.

Again, our share, as taxpayers paying for the R&D,
research, design and development,
could be paid to the 50 states
for health, education and all needs of
the people.

(3) We must demand that Vermont’s Representatives
to the United States Congress,
sponsor a Bill to require that:
(a) Any entitity, corporation, non-profit,
university or college that receives
taxpayer dollars
should not pay anyone a salary higher
than the equivalent salary paid to a
government employee; and
(b) because, under current law,
low income people who apply for benefits
like food stamps and medicaid must divulge
all of their bank accounts and assets
under penalty of perjury,
therefore,
people who run non-profit organizations,
universities and colleges
should be held to the same
standards as poor people
when taxpayers fund the
non-profit organizations,
colleges and universities;
so they should be required to also
reveal, under penalty of perjury,
all of their assets, property,
and bank accounts in order to qualify
and prove they actually need taxpayer
dollars to fund their organizations.
