2020 VOTE CRIS ERICSON
on the 2020 Progressive Party
primary election ballot in VT.
(2) HEALTH CARE? Demand R.O.I. for Health Care!
“R.O.I” means RETURN ON INVESTMENT OF OUR
TAXPAYER DOLLARS. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO A
SHARE OF THE PROFITS WHEN ANYONE USES
OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS TO PROFIT FOR
THEMSELVES OR THEIR CORPORATION!
WE CAN USE THIS MONEY TO PAY FO
FREE HEALTHCARE FOR ALL PEOPLE IN THE U.S.A.!
We must demand a Return on Investment, R.O.I.
of our taxpayer dollars which the U.S. Congress
votes to give out to the N.I.H.
National Institute of Health, which then gives the
money out for research to Universities
and pharmaceutical laboratories for research,
design and development, R&D,
of new medical devices and prescription drugs,
and then the Professor or Laboratory applies for
the PATENT, (the ownership of the invention)
and sometimes the University Professors
start their very own pharmaceutical corporations,
or the Professors sell the Patents to existing
and then these pharmaceutical coporations which
now have the PATENTS, which are the ownership
certificates of the newly
invented prescription drugs and medical devices,
sell the new prescriptions and medical devices world wide
making Trillions of dollars in profit, but they
do not give us any share of the profits even
though we, the taxpayers, paid for the research,
design and development, R&D.
If our taxpayer dollars were spent to buy
Shares of Stock in these
Universities whose professors use student labor,
and Pharmaceutical Laboratories,
which then PATENT the medical devices
and prescription drugs invented in their
laboratories and then sell the PATENTS
to Pharmaceutical Corporations,
we would receive Quarterly dividend paychecks.
A PATENT is the ownership certificate of the invention.
In PATENT law there is a concept of “work made for hire”
which means the persons paying for the work have a
right to ownership of the PATENT. We, the taxpayers,
paid for the research, design and development so we
have a right to co-ownership in the PATENT.
Universities and medical research laboratories
receive our tax dollars because the
U.S. Congress votes to give our tax dollars to the N.I.H,
National Institute of Health,
and then the N.I.H gives millions and millions of dollars
to University and pharmaceutical laboratories
for research, design and development,
R&D of new prescription drugs, and medical devices,
and then they apply for the ownership of the
PATENTS, and then they sell these products worldwide
for Trillions of dollars in profits.
Because we, the tax payers, paid for the R&D, the research,
design and development of these new
AND MEDICAL DEVICES, and VACCINATIONS
we should co-OWN part of the PATENTS, and Cris Ericson
will submit a Bill to the U.S. Congress, when she
is elected from Vermont 2020, demanding our
share of the profits which will help pay for
FREE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL PEOPLE IN THE U.S.A.!
